Diet-33 and eating out

Happy to see my weight this morning to be near my immediate target of 65 kg this round. The scale showed 66.1 kg quite a drop after my stall due to cheating and period. On the 18 April prior to my loading, I was at 74.1 kg hence officially I have dropped 8 kg in 27 days that I have been on this diet, fantastic considering that after so many previous weight lost efforts, nothing ever came close to this result. HCG works people....homeopathic drop works great despite many skeptics. Hubby weighted at 86.6 kg this morning so after 27 days, he lost a total of 8.6 kg from a start weight of 95.2 kg pre loading. Ain't that great, inches lost are great too as both of us can now wear all our thin pants that were so tight before....yeay!!
But honestly, this VLCD thing is getting on our nerves and we have been quite relax in following the strict protocol. We have been eating out most days since we started the cheating days....I suppose you tend to be less committed after seeing great results on our first 2 weeks. So we are still losing but the rate has slowed down due to our own faults. Key to HCG's success is don't cheat and your results will be consistent and fast. But with cheating you can get great results too like us but I hope we will be stable when we get to Phase 3 onwards.. So far we have been trying to stay as close to the protocol with the restaurant menus such as the type of protein and vege but of course we have no idea on what they put in the sauces...eg sugar etc.. I still want to get to my target of 62 kg and now waiting for a new batch ordered hoping to be able to just continue until 40 days at least. Wish me luck..
