Just got home from a weekend in Penang and survived the temptation to join the wedding festivities by overeating as we usually did. Packed a slow cooker and bought some fresh protein and vegetables to cook in the hotel room for me and hubby... What a sacrifice.
Unfortunately, we tried to experiment with Pomelo, a type of fruit very similar in taste to Grapefruit; hubby is a huge fan of this fruit and we bought about 8 slices of the fruits to share between us on the way to Penang. Well bad decision as the next morning we suffered from the foolish experiment, hubby still lost 200 gram and then stalled at 90 kg the next day with no weight loss, lucky him as for me I gained 200 gram...darn! So after 11 days on the VLCD diet, I weight at 69 kg. Huhuhuhu....first time suffering from a weight gain after a daily lost of at least 200 gram is depressing....
Enough of self pitying for our foolishness and back onto the protocol for the next 2 days and yeahah! Managed to push the weight down to 68.5 kg for me and hubby down to 89.4 kg. What a big relief... Will have to really stay on track and not stray away as we have a lot more to lose..
