Diet-33 progress after 10 days on the program.

Very very happy to share that since the start, I have lost 2 inches from my waist and hubby has lost 1 inch from his... Weight wise I am as of this morning at 69.8 kg, broke my biggest resistance hurdle of weight loss so far and hubby is at 90.8 kg. Yeah! What an achievement and certainly a great motivator to stay on this course.

I am amaze at how fast and easy this program works and so far has had no side effects whatsoever except may be a little bit of light headache which goes away without medication. Cooking a creative menu has been a big challenge as hubby is not particularly fond of chicken and beef.. I have been quite flexible to lessen the stress of having not so good home cooked food by eating out a few times going for Chinese steamboat and Japanese food, carefully choosing the closes to the protocol as much as possible. So far looks like we have not suffered much on the weight loss progress..he he...still keeping my fingers crossed that I will reached my target weight of 60 kg by the end of this course. Things are looking darn well..happy happy happy..to go below 70 kg..

Diet-33 Day 2 VLCD

Yeay! The scale this morning showed a 900 gm lost from yesterday. Today am at 71.5 kg. Hubby who's also on this with me is doing much better losing 1.5 kg from yesterday down to 93.1 kg. Hope this carries on and we both have been very diligent with no cheating.. Despite the food temptations both of us have been doing fairly okay. Hunger is manageable been drinking lots and lots to ease slight hunger. So far so good..

The face is starting to look leaner, hoping that this will boost our motivation to stay on this program. Huh! Dreading end of month as we have two food feasts to attend, a relative's wedding and also a weekend holiday in Penang, a food paradise. Urgh....please give me strength..just thinking of the food, is making me go ga! ga!

Diet-33 experience: Phase 1 - Loading/Gorging days done!

Just completed my gorging days....ha ha ha. Great 2 days of taking the HCG drops as per dosage and had stuffed myself with roti canai, Kentucky Fried Chicken, egg tarts, fried banana, cheese cakes, ice cream, coconut cream rice, juicy hot dog, buttered prawn etc...the list is endless... Basically whatever food I can stuffed down my throat. The result: end weight of 75.3 kg.

By the way, I have decided on a dosage of 10 drops HCG each time @ 3 times a day, morning, before lunch and before my dinner. In line with the strict protocol of 500 very low calorie diet (VLCD), my VLCD days will consist of these choices:

1. Fruits : apple, orange, strawberry and grapefruit.
2. Vegetables : cabbage, lettuce, onions, cucumber, tomato, asparagus, celery.
3. Protein : white fish, fat free chicken breast, fat free beef, prawn, crab, scallop.
4. Carbohydrate : grissini bread stick, Melba toast.

I have reviewed many YouTube experiences and have set my mind not to cheat on this diet... Apparently it's not worth it as it will set you back a few days where your weight loss will stall... Oh! I need all the kg loss I can get from this experiment.

Diet-33 drop to lose stubborn Fat Deposits in your once thin body

Just received the Diet-33 drop for me to try this diet program based on human natural hormone. Apparently, this diet has been in existence for more than 40 years. Let's see if this works, as I have almost given up hope on losing my excess weight that seems to increase at a rate of almost a kilo a year. From 55 kg at 25 to 74 kg at 45... Depressing I know..

Will keep my post updated on the progress as I will start taking the HCG drop tomorrow...hopefully. Well prepared with the schedule menu planned and food stock up in the fridge to ensure that I stick as closely as possible to the protocol of 500 cal daily diet requirement.

But to start, am looking forward to the 2 day initial loading/ gorging on fat and oily food to prepare my body before starting the low 500 calorie intake for the next 28 to 30 days. Target is to lose at least 10 kilos.

Best of luck to myself, am keeping my fingers crossed that I finally will find my weight loss solution...
